Terms and Condition

Welcome to BH Courses

BH Courses is registered in Ireland under the name BUSINESS HELPER. Any matters that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be settled by the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Courses

One-Off Courses
Most of our courses are one-off. You will have access to the course for the duration specified in the course description, starting from:

1) the moment we receive your payment if you pay by card,

2) the moment we enable your access after we receive your bank transfer (exact time & date can be set to your requirements).

Please note that different courses have different durations, and therefore different access periods. Once this period ends, your access will expire and you will no longer be able to access the course.

Recuring Courses
Your course subscription will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the next subscription fee to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. To cancel your subscription, please do so via your PayPal account.

To use our courses, you must have internet access and a computer or laptop with one of the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. We do not guarantee proper display of courses on smartphones and do not recommend using them for course access.

Cancellation

You may cancel your recuring course subscription at any time. To do so, please visit your PayPal account. One-Off Courses cannot be canceled.

Payments

For short course purchases, we offer online card payments via PayPal. For long courses & multiple learners registering from one company, we can manually set up access and accept bank payments.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Courses are delivered online, and purchases cannot be reversed.

Guarantee

Courses are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not and cannot guarantee that the course materials will meet your specific needs or expectations. Please read course description & ask questions before you purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BH Courses HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • (A) WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SERVICES (INCLUDING QUALITY, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, FUNCTIONALITY, AND COMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS)
  • (B) WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES
  • (C) WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • (D) WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • (E) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • (F) WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

No advice or information provided by BH Courses or its representatives shall create any warranty.

Limitation of Liability

BH Courses shall not be liable for nonperformance or delays in service delivery caused by any reason, whether within or outside its control. Under no circumstances shall BH Courses be liable—under contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory—for any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use
  • Lost profits
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of goodwill or opportunity

This applies whether or not BH Courses has been advised of the possibility of such damages. BH Courses shall not be liable for the cost of procuring substitute goods, services, or technology.

The company’s total liability and the customer’s exclusive remedy is the cancellation of the subscriber’s account. In no event shall the company’s liability exceed the greater of fifty euro (€50.00) or the amount actually paid by the customer to BH Courses for the disputed services during the one year preceding the claim.

No action, regardless of form, arising from or related to this agreement or the provision of services may be brought more than one year after the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

As a condition of using the BH Courses website and content, you agree to indemnify and hold BH Courses and its authors harmless from any claims.
