Welcome to BH Courses. BH Courses is registered in Ireland under the name BUSINESS HELPER. Any matters that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, will be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Courses
Your course subscription with us will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your subscription before your renewal date, you authorize us to charge your next subscription fee to your credit, debit card or PayPal account. To cancel your subscription please go to your PayPal account.
To use our course you must have Internet access and a computer or laptop with either FireFox, Chrome, or Edge browser. We cannot guarantee the proper display of a course on a smartphone neither we recommend using it.
Cancellation.
You can cancel your course subscription at any time. To cancel the subscription please go to your PayPal account.
Refunds.
We do not offer refunds after 1 day from purchase. The course is accessible online and the purchase cannot be undone. We offer courses with a 1-day money-back guarantee only. If you have purchased a course in that manner we will refund your course fee no questions asked 1 day from the transaction date. You will not have access to our courses after a refund.

The course is supplied on an as-is basis and we do not and cannot guarantee course materials suitability for your particular needs or expectation.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY BH Courses OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
Limitation of Liability.
BH Courses SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR NONPERFORMANCE OR DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES CAUSED BY ANY REASON, WHETHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF ITS CONTROL. IN NO EVENT SHALL BH Courses BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN SUBSCRIBER’S WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY) WHETHER OR NOT BH Courses HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES. COMPANY’S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND CUSTOMERS’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS THE CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIBER’S ACCOUNT. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY EURO (50.00) OR ANY AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER TO BH Courses FOR THE SERVICES IN DISPUTE DURING THE ONE YEAR PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NO ACTION, REGARDLESS OF FORM, ARISING FROM, BASED ON OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES MAY BE BROUGHT BY CUSTOMER MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER THE EVENT WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE APPLICABLE CAUSE OF ACTION.
Indemnification.
As a condition of your use of the Firm Website and Content, you agree to indemnify and hold the Firm and the Author harmless for any claims.
